Hi, I'm Jessica
I've spent years endlessly sprinting through my days - trying to grow my career while still being impactful at home.
After a burnout (or two or three), I finally decided something had to change.
I wasn't willing to give up my career, because to be honest - I loved being a woman who was making changes in the work world.
But I was also tired of my career causing me to miss out on the area of my life that matters most… my family.
After doing a ton of internal and external work, while still in corporate, I shifted how I was experiencing my success - which resulted in promotions, raises & awards.
I'm now on a mission to share it with more women. Because let's be honest…the world needs more women in leadership roles.
